In this training, you will learn about the installation and startup for the Fujitsu “V-Series.” The purpose of this training is to provide the skills needed to get familiar with the V-Series products, understand the installation process and checking the system, as well as starting up the system for the first time. The entire Airstage VRF equipment portfolio offers great value for home and business owners by providing a high level of comfort and energy savings when compared to traditional, “Unitary” HVAC systems.

This is a combined class, covering both basic refrigeration cycle and troubleshooting A/C and heat pumps.
Basic Refrigeration Cycle with Heat Pumps
This course includes an overview of the basic refrigeration cycle. Pressure temperature relationships are used to demonstrate the concepts of superheat and sub-cooling. The instructor will cover an explanation of temperatures and pressures of a normally operating system to build a base for troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting A/C & Heat Pumps
This class expands on the knowledge of superheat and sub-cooling. It will detail using superheat and sub-cooling to troubleshoot a system. Most of the class is devoted to refrigeration system troubleshooting. Manufacturer troubleshooting charts are coupled with real world examples to develop troubleshooting skills.

Then using ACCA manual D principals, the training covers how to calculate equivalent length.
