Fujitsu Live Web Training—MPAH Auxiliary Heater Install, Setup, and Function Settings

This 2.5 to 3 hour training is intended to provide an experienced installer the ability to understand the setup and startup of a “standard” installation in a cold climate. It is based on the use of a factory accessory electric auxiliary heat kit. It includes function settings and custom setup to match your applications and the needs of your customers, as well as how to set function settings with 3 styles of controls and a quick startup section.

Fujitsu Next Tech Module 3 (System Service)

FUJITSU NEXT TECH SERVICE (2-hours) shows attendees how to use Fujitsu Tech Support menu on our website. We discuss how use Service Manuals, Service Instruction manuals, Design and Technical Manuals and Mobile Technician App for step-by-step diagnosis in the field. Training will demonstrate how to disassemble outdoor components and sub-assembly modules. We will show you how to identify electrical DC grounds for proper testing. You will be instructed on how to identify various field service issues. You will learn how to read error codes on indoor and outdoor units.

Fujitsu Next Tech Module 2 (Installation & Function Settings)

FUJITSU NEXT TECH INSTALLATION & FUNCTION SETTINGS (2-hours) module details the proper way to install indoor and outdoor units. It stresses the importance of reading and following the installation manuals, selecting the correct and most effective locations, for optimal airflow and comfort. The training engages you with question and answer, hands on labs and paper labs to work out installation situations you will encounter. Start up, check run and test run will be discussed in detail. We explain how and when to use various function settings to properly setup a mini split system.

Fujitsu Next Tech Module 1 (Systems & Application)

FUJITSU NEXT TECH SYSTEMS & APPLICATIONS (1.5 hours) is an interactive question and answer training for every contractor, technician, installer and salespersons. In depth discussion on the available products and how to apply them to a specific type of installation. We highlight the proper selection and application of the products and how they can solve customers’ comfort problems. We discuss how to read and use capacity rating charts. The use of various types of controls is highlighted.

Fujitsu AIRSTAGE J-Series Installation Training

This 3 hour training will equip the installer with the knowledge to rough-in, install, pipe and wire a Fujitsu J-Series system. It includes: selecting proper equipment location and will teach how to read and utilize the “Design Simulator Report” for proper pipe size and routing. Key examples provide knowledge for use of separation tubes or pipe headers. Communication wiring, address setting and how to address indoor units is also included. The class will cover basic function codes after installation to qualify the systems set-up for startup.

Fujitsu ASD—Altoona

This is an advanced 2-day class covering all things technical on Fujitsu AIRSTAGE systems. The material covers single zones, Multi 18K through 45K and the 4-ton Flex Multi units in a combination of classroom and hands-on training. Contractor tool gift included (Valued at $150+).

PREREQUISITE: Must have completed either Next Tech or ETSD prior to registering for this class.
