DESCRIPTION:After 10 days of concentrated fundamental classroom theory\, coupled with practical laboratory work\, including hands-on experience on a variety of live-fire equipment\, you will acquire a solid foundation of knowledge. This training\, along with field experience\, will help build careers as installation and service technicians that will become an asset to you and your customers. \nThe final day of training is a test day. The test takes place in the morning. Standard test times range from 30 minutes – 3 hours depending on the individual student. In nearly all cases\, students are completed prior to 12:00 PM. \nBronze Certificate of Training will be awarded to each student who completes the course and passes the examination. DESCRIPTION:This 40 hour electrical HVAC training class was specifically developed for individuals with no or very limited field experience (less than 12 months). The program will include more time for hands-on training on live-fire equipment and electrical simulators. The class will cover Safety & Hazard Awareness\, What is Electricity\, Ohm’s Law\, Circuits & Components\, Conductors\, Transformers\, 24V Controls\, Thermostats\, Motors\, Motor side of compressors\, Motor ratings and name plate definitions\, Wiring diagrams\, Automated control systems for residential\, and Troubleshooting. \n  \nThis intensive program is comprised of hands-on training in our state-of-the-art lab\, electrical simulator equipment\, and classroom activities and discussion.
