MIKE DAILY
Rep Title
Mike brings over 30 years of experience working both as a rep and in distribution. He is comfortable handling both design/build and plan & spec projects from initial concept to project completion. He has extensive experience with Direct and Indirect fired heating and ventilation projects, 2 and 4-pipe CW/HW systems, precision cooling, Mars Air Doors, electric heat, ductless splits and more. Mike is well-versed in the Residential, Commercial and Industrial sides of our business.
RON GUTHRIE
Outside Sales
Ron Guthrie: Ron has been in the Refrigeration and HVAC Industry for 40 years, working first in the field; for Distribution, and as a Manufacturer’s Representative. He attended Engineering classes at Delaware County Community College, trade classes with RSES and ACCA, and numerous industry seminars and classes. He’s familiar with Residential, Commercial, and Industrial applications, as well as Geothermal, Hydronic, Mini-Split, VRF, and other equipment and HVACR products.
CHRIS MOTTINGER
Outside Sales
Christopher Mottinger is a 3rd generation sales engineer of HVAC products at J.C. Mottinger & Associates Inc., a manufacturer’s rep firm for HVAC products. Chris is driven by an unmatched thirst for product knowledge applying this to application, design, quotation, training, & pre/post sale support throughout his distribution channel. Chris has worked to build training programs with industry professionals within his territory providing an easier path of entry to those who look to join the HVAC industry. Outside of work, Chris likes to spend his time hiking, playing disc golf, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. RANDY HEIDE
J.C. Mottinger, Vice President
Vice President. 34+ year experience in the HVAC distribution industry. Randy has extensive experience in both the residential and commercial HVAC markets with Trane Company (Residential, Commercial and National Accounts), GBG and Black & White Engineering. Randy also has a strong background in sales and marketing and holds a Masters Degree in leadership from Duquesne University and is based out of our Pittsburgh location. He also fills in as our network administrator and IT specialist.
