Rich started his career in the United States Air Force as a HVAC/r technician. Furthering his technical education as a 4 year graduate of the Vermont State Plumbing Licensing program. Rich graduated from Indiana State with his degree in Business. He now lives in upper state New York. He enjoys outdoor activities and playing music with family members and friends.

Hello, my name is Dan Mulvihill. I am the HVAC Product Specialist for the Philadelphia region and surrounding counties. I also help manage the HVAC Dept for Harry Eklof in PA, NJ, and DE. I have been working with Eklof for almost going on 6 years. I have been in the HVAC industry for well over 20 years. I am from Philadelphia and still currently reside here with my wife Dana and our two kids Madyson 16 and Danny 13. I love representing many of the current cutting edge products our industry has to offer.
JIM MCBRIDE
HVAC Product Specialist
Jim McBride is a Product Support Specialist for Harry Eklof and Associates. Specializing in the Fujitsu and Navien lines, Jim covers the South Jersey market. He has only been with Harry Eklof for 6 months but brings 17 years of experience in the HVAC industry from the wholesale distribution side. In his free time, Jim enjoys working out and traveling to new breweries.
RUSS LEBO
HVAC Product Specialist
Russ Lebo of Harry Eklof & Associates covers the South Central Pennsylvania markets including State College to Reading and all points in between. He has been a member of the Eklof family for 3+ years and has a strong background in the commercial market. He has also worked in the field on the residential products side after studying HVAC at Dauphin County Technical School. He enjoys fishing from his kayak wherever there is water.

Hello, my name is Tom Faraldo. I am the Director of Sales for the Eastern Region at Navien and have been with the company for just over 9 years. Prior to my tenure at Navien, I worked with Harry Eklof & Assoc as the local sales rep in the PA/NJ territory. It has been a pleasure working with a distribution partner such as APR Supply for the past 10+ years to educate, support & grow the Navien brand to what it is currently.
