DAN KELBAUGH
N.H. Yates, Executive Vice President
Dan has been in the sales industry for over 34 years with concentration in the HVAC industry for the past 23 years. He joined NH Yates in 2011 and was previously the VP of Sales and Marketing @ Burnham Boilers for 12 years. Dan is responsible for sales and marketing direction in our entire coverage area while also managing several of our key hydronic product lines. Dan lives in York , PA and graduated from Bloomsburg University with a BA degree in Marketing.
BOB FISCH
N.H. Yates, Outside Sales
Bob has over 30 years of experience in the plumbing and HVAC industries. In addition he has worked on the distributor side of the business with Ide Air Inc in Scranton PA and the manufacturer’s side of the business with US Boiler as a factory direct salesman. Currently he is with NH Yates & Co a manufacture representative and a distributor of premier HVAC, plumbing and hydronic related products. NH Yates provides technical expertise on all of the products we represent to the point of sale, whether that be the wholesaler/distributor, the contractor or the engineer. Bob has covered Northeast PA and Central PA markets for NH Yates the past 11 years

Dean has been in the industry as a sales rep for 42 years, the last 5 years with N H Yates & Company. I’ve been with ECR International in various capacities for 30 years. The territory I cover for APR Supply is Central & Southeastern PA, Southern NJ & DE.
MATT HATMAKER
N.H. Yates, Senior Sales Executive and Product Manager
Matt Hatmaker joined the Yates Team in January of 2016 as a Senior Sales Executive. Matt has a background as a licensed plumber/fitter, a graduate of the ABC apprenticeship program, attended UMBC for Business Administration and has worked in the mechanical contracting industry as well as owned his own manufacturer’s representative agency for over 15 years. He enjoys spending time with his family, sports and has been a licensed soccer and lacrosse coach for over 20 years.
