CINDY GAUGLER
Division Sales Manager, Campbell Mfg. LLC
Cindy has been with Campbell Manufacturing for 23 years. As the division sales manager for Campbell, Cindy manages the customer service department, attends customer open houses, trade shows, and buying group meetings. She also enjoys getting out of the office and visiting with customers.
MIKE PECK
President, CPMR, Latchaw, Montgomery, & Peck, Inc.
Michael joined Latchaw, Montgomery, & Peck, Inc. in 1986, when his dad, Jack Peck, was a principal. A graduate of Penn State Behrend with a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Michael is widely regarded for his experience with clean water, wastewater, and plumbing systems. With his knowledge of plumbing codes, he enjoys sharing and working with industry professionals to make plumbing work properly. He also enjoys applying pumps and controls, helping contractors throughout the mid-Atlantic territory. He has taught brazing and soldering at trade schools and industry events. Michael earned his Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative certification in 2002.
MICHAEL MONTGOMERY
Area Sales Manager, Latchaw, Montgomery, & Peck, Inc.
A son of co-founder, Robert Montgomery, Sr., Mike joined Latchaw, Montgomery, & Peck, Inc. in 2013 with many years’ experience in sales, including technical sales of medical equipment. He has a degree in Finance from Mount St. Mary’s University, is a a strong relationship builder, and provides sales coverage in the Philadelphia area, Southern New Jersey, Delaware, and the eastern shore of Maryland.
