Territory Sales Manager
John Sarris has been a Territory Sales Manager with Weil McLain since March of 2018, covering all of northeastern Pennsylvania as well at the Allentown and surrounding areas. John started as a plumber’s helper, installing steam and hydronic systems in high school and college with a local contractor.
After 21 years in sales working with contractors, builders and property owners in the residential and commercial building materials industry, he returned to his roots in plumbing and heating.
John holds a degree in Business Administration and a Certificate of Specialization in Plumbing and Heating. He has held many Weil-McLain training events in both job site and classroom settings and has participated in Weil-McLain’s School of Better Heating seminars. He is able to offer trouble shooting, installation and design assistance and works closely with many contractors and distributor partners in the area.
National Accounts Manager
Keith OToole has nearly thirty-five years on industry experience, ranging from service technician to his current position. In addition to extensive experience in hydronics and steam heating, Keith has wide-ranging experience in heating and cooling, ventilation, refrigeration and controls systems.
His initial industry experience began with Keystone Plumbing in the traditional plumbing and heating sectors. This was followed by working in the HVAC trade with E & J Refrigeration primarily servicing commercial equipment. Keith worker for Williams & Company specializing in refrigeration equipment at their Pittsburgh corporate location. Additionally, he spent a decade with Filtech Inc. working in sale and application of commercial and industrial – ventilation and filtrations systems. The primary focus was larger commercial properties, educational facilities and health care sectors.
Keith began with Weil-McLain in 2005 providing sales and technical support out of the regional office. He has provided extensive training on hydronic and steam systems over the past fifteen years, functioning as a trainer for the Weil-McLain’s national School of Better Heating, as well as localized training programs. He has presented training to a number of organization, in addition to traditional contractors, including the Hospital Engineers Society, Refrigeration Service Engineers Society and ASHRAE.
Keith OToole is a graduate of Gateway Technical Institute in HVAC-R. Additionally, Keith holds a Bachelor’s of Education degree and a Masters of Business Administration from Duquesne University located in Pittsburgh.
Territory Sales Manager
Ryan Bulson has nearly 24 years of industry experience, ranging from service technician to his current position. In addition to experience in hydronics and steam heating, Ryan has wide-ranging experience in heating and cooling, ventilation, refrigeration and controls systems.
After graduating tech school, his initial industry experience began with Atlantic Air where he was a residential install tech, installing a wide range of HVAC equipment. This was followed by working at Amerigas Propane, where he was a service tech installing and setting up propane tanks and appliances. He then got the opportunity to start his service career in HVAC where he spent the majority of his career.
His career consisted of all types of work that included service, maintenance and install of both residential and commercial HVAC systems. Throughout his career as a service tech, Ryan continued his education and earned several training certificates and acknowledgement for his work. After leaving the service field he took a job as a salesman for Sagamore Mechanical specializing in design build, plan spec projects, replacement projects, and maintenance plans.
Ryan began his career with Weil-McLain in August 2018 as a TSM providing sales and technical support out of the Mid Atlantic regional office. He has provided extensive training and tech support on hydronic and steam systems to both distributors and contractors.
