Michael joined Latchaw, Montgomery, & Peck, Inc. in 1986, when his dad, Jack Peck, was a principal. A graduate of Penn State Behrend with a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Michael is widely regarded for his experience with clean water, wastewater, and plumbing systems. With his knowledge of plumbing codes, he enjoys sharing and working with industry professionals to make plumbing work properly. He also enjoys applying pumps and controls, helping contractors throughout the mid-Atlantic territory. He has taught brazing and soldering at trade schools and industry events. Michael earned his Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative certification in 2002.
Area Sales Manager
A son of co-founder, Robert Montgomery, Sr., Mike joined Latchaw, Montgomery, & Peck, Inc. in 2013 with many years’ experience in sales, including technical sales of medical equipment. He has a degree in Finance from Mount St. Mary’s University, is a a strong relationship builder, and provides sales coverage in the Philadelphia area, Southern New Jersey, Delaware, and the eastern shore of Maryland.
Justin has recently joined Latchaw, Montgomery, & Peck, Inc. and is providing coverage to APR Supply in the Distribution Center and surrounding area, including the Harrisburg Williamsport, Scranton, Cresco, and Easton branches. Based in Middletown, PA, Justin brings strong technical sales ability and significant experience in engineering mechanics, HVAC equipment, wholesale supply distribution, and mechanical contracting. He has a degree in mechanical engineering technology from Penn Foster College.
