This gateway program was created to recruit and train new individuals into our industry. PPA and PPATEC members who hire entry level field technicians will now have the option of enrolling those attendees into our formalized training program. Attendees of this 10-week program will receive basic hands-on training for electrical\, air conditioning\, heating technologies\, and propane systems.
