DESCRIPTION:The PPA is excited to partner with FMCSA and Pennsylvania State Police to offer a new educational opportunity to our membership. DESCRIPTION:Taking the EPA Section 608 certification is a crucial step for anyone who wants to work in the HVAC field. Successfully passing this test gives you a lifelong license. It’s also good across the country – so if you decide to move to another state\, you’re still covered. The program will feature a morning preparation along with an afternoon test. Attendee has the opportunity to attended a future EPA 608 Test if they do not initially pass during the first two test attempts. Scheduling will be contingent on PPATEC instructor and class availability. \nIt is expected that attendees read the manual before attending the class to increase the likelihood of passing the test. DESCRIPTION:Primarily focuses on safely and efficiently servicing\, troubleshooting\, and repairing basic propane appliances. For the purpose of this course\, basic propane appliances are defined as simple appliances that do not have advanced controls and complex electronic ignition systems. They may have simple electronic ignition systems\, such as those found in many ranges.
