SUMMARY:PPA TEC Five-Day Heat Pump Installation\, Service\, and Troubleshooting Fundamentals
DESCRIPTION:This class is designed to teach the basics of heat pump operation\, including the refrigerant circuit\, duel fuel systems\, heat pump specific electrical and installation practices necessary for them. It will teach you basic skills in\, installation\, maintenance\, and diagnostics for standard heat pumps\, VFD heat pumps\, and mini split units. \n• Heat Pump Operation \n• Heat Pump Electrical \n• Duel Fuel Systems \n• Back Up Heat \n• Maintenance \n• Diagnostics \n• Installation \n• Mini Split Units \nWho Should Attend: This 40-hour Heat Pump class was specifically developed for individuals with no or very limited field experience (less than 12 months). \nRegistration fees includes: Catered lunch \nOur Instructors:  \nMike Elmer has been in the HVAC and plumbing industry since 2002 and has worked for leading contractors in the South Central PA region. His background includes service HVAC\, plumbing\, and electric.
