DESCRIPTION: This is an overview of gas furnace technology. The installation portion includes:-Proper gas pipe sizing– Vent sizing and installation for both 80% and 90+ furnaces– Combustion air code issues-Proper condensate pipe installation to prevent faults– Gas furnace controls and safety devices– Gas pressure testing– Temperature rise testing– Basic combustion analysis–  Furnace set up and start up. \n\n\n\n The second par of the class will cover troubleshooting for gas furnaces.The troubleshooting portion includes: – Furnace sequence of operation and flash codes are used to provide a better understanding of furnace troubleshooting and testing–  Manufacturer error codes are followed and methods are given for testing each error code– How to use your multi meter to test furnace components– Using manometers to test gas pressure– Testing proper temperature rise and referencing static pressure– Using combustion analysis to troubleshoot the gas furnace \n\n\n\nThis class will include a contractor tool given to each attendee as well as light refreshments and lunch. \n\n\n\n\n\nClick the button below to register. \n\n\n\n	\n	\n	\n	\n    \n\n	    \n    \n        Registration is closed for this event.
