SUMMARY:PPATEC EPA Certification Prep & Test
DESCRIPTION:Taking the EPA Section 608 certification is a crucial step for anyone who wants to work in the HVAC field. Successfully passing this test gives you a lifelong license. It’s also good across the country – so if you decide to move to another state\, you’re still covered. The program will feature a morning preparation along with an afternoon test. Attendee has the opportunity to attended a future EPA 608 Test if they do not initially pass during the first two test attempts. Scheduling will be contingent on PPATEC instructor and class availability. \nIt is expected that attendees read the manual before attending the class to increase the likelihood of passing the test. The manual will be sent as a PDF two weeks before the start of the class. \nCost Structure \n\nPPATEC Members – Discounted Registration ($175): For PPATEC Members who participated in the four-day Intro to AC training\nPPATEC Members – Normal Registration ($275): For PPATEC Members who are only participating in the one-day EPA 608 Certification Prep & Test\nNon Members – Discounted Registration ($275): For Non Members who participated in the four-day Intro to AC training\nNon Members – Normal Registration ($450): For Non Members who are only participating in the one-day EPA 608 Certification Prep & Test\n\nLunch is provided for attendees at no additional cost. \nOur Instructor: \nMike Elmer\, a PPATEC instructor\, has been in the HVAC and plumbing industry since 2002 and has worked for leading contractors in the South Central PA region.
