SUMMARY:PPA TEC CETP 5.1 - Designing and Installing Dispenser Transfer Systems
DESCRIPTION:Primarily designed to train employees who use and operate a dispenser\, the course includes information on dispenser tank valves\, fittings and locations; and installing\, start up and shut down procedures of a dispenser transfer system. \nThe topics covered are: \n• Dispenser application operating requirements and proper location \n• Types of containers \n• Dispenser tank size and orientation \n• Dispenser component selection \n• Installation requirements \n• Provisions for vertical tanks \n• Electrical supply specifications \nRegistration includes the following: \n• CETP 5.1 Manual \n• CETP 5.1 Exam \n• Skills Assessment \n• Lunch \nOur Instructor: Wayne Forsyth has done just about every job imaginable in his 40+ year career. Starting out as an apprentice gas fitter and working his way up to service technician\, service supervisor\, technical trainer and finally as the Safety Program Manager for one of the largest propane and oil marketers in the New England area. During that time his responsibilities included development of training programs for service\, delivery\, CSR’s\, plant and warehouse personal. He was also responsible for writing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOP’s). His knowledge and experience is hard to match.
