In this class, technicians and employees will learn a basic understanding of technical components such as TXV’s, compressors, coils, heat exchangers, etc. so they can take this information and be able to demonstrate and explain to homeowners.
- Making technical components easy for homeowners to understand
- Explain how systems work in layman terms
- How to increase customer confience in your company
- Explain work being performed to show value
- How to handle customer objections
