Service repair technicians and PM technicians often struggle with sales and communication with customers. In this class, students will learn a proven system process and tips that will improve your company’s current process. This engaging and interactive two-day class will send your technicians back into the field ready to communicate better with your customers. Technicians will increase conversion rates, average tickets, and new equipment leads.
