PPATEC: Customer Service & Technical Conversations

Description:
In this class, technicians and employees will learn a basic understanding of technical components such as TXV’s, compressors, coils, heat exchangers, etc. so they can take this information and be able to demonstrate and explain to homeowners. Technicians and employees will also learn the basic processes to respectfully and responsibly move through a customer’s house during a maintenance or service call.
- Making technical components easy for homeowners to understand
- Where to park during a call
- How to enter a customer’s home
- Asking homeowner questions prior to starting work to find system issues or enhancements
- Explaining findings to homeowners
