PPA TEC Gas Furnace Preventative Maintenance and Procedures

This course was designed to help a new technician or office staff member understand what to do on a standard gas furnace maintenance. This class will focus on a gas furnace sequence of operation (how and when a furnace works). This class will provide hands on opportunities to allow the students to perform a standard maintenance.

Our Instructors:
Mike Elmer has been in the HVAC and plumbing industry since 2002 and has worked for leading contractors in the South Central PA region. His background includes service HVAC, plumbing, and electric. Mike currently works in the field as a lead troubleshooting service technician.
Doug Zerbe has been in the HVAC industry since 2003. On the contractor side of the industry, he has worked as an installer and service technician before he moved into installation and service management. Doug also had the opportunity to work in technical support for an HVAC distributor and in sales for an HVAC manufacturer.
