PPATEC Water Heater Basics

This class will go over the basics for installation, troubleshooting, and service for the water heaters in common use today. Including electric, natural gas or propane, and tankless models. This class will cover installation requirements for all types of water heaters, including electrical connections, venting, and gas piping requirements.
The class will cover maintenance and service requirements for both tank and tankless type water heaters. We will cover add on items for water heaters, including aftermarket safety devices.

Our Instructor: Mike Elmer, a PPATEC instructor, has been in the HVAC and plumbing industry since 2002 and has worked for leading contractors in the South Central PA region. His background includes service HVAC, plumbing, and electric.
