Students will gain a core understanding of the fundamentals of heating and air conditioning. Instructor: Matt Akins is the Manager of HVACR Education with ACCA. His responsibilities include teaching ACCA classes nationwide, developing technical education materials, working with ACCA-certified educators, and providing technical support to members. Matt attended Athens Technical College and Ashworth Technical College, earning two career diplomas with honors. Matt has 20 years in the HVACR industry as a service technician, installer, field supervisor, and operations manager and has spent the last eight years as a technical HVAC trainer.  Matt is a NATE-certified technician with a State of Georgia Conditioned Air License.
