Commercial electric water heaters covered in this course include light-duty, medium-duty, and heavy-duty models. This course covers installation, troubleshooting, and conversions of electric commercial water heaters.
Participants will learn:
- how to properly install all water heaters covered in the course, with a focus on understanding how incorrectly installed water heaters affect water heater operation.
- which water heaters can be converted for KW and/or voltage and how to perform those conversions using UL listed conversion kits.
- a complete understanding of how each water heater works following the sequence of operation.
- troubleshooting with a focus on installation related issues and top service items will be covered for each equipment type.
- Multiple heater piping.
- Maintenance.
